Shipping Policy

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday only).

  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.

  • Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues.

Return Policy

  • We offer in-store credit only for returns approved within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Returns must be authorized before sending anything back.

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to our error).

  • Returns after 14 days are not accepted.


Warranty Policy

  • Most products include a limited manufacturer warranty.

  • Professional installation is required for electronics to qualify.

  • Proof of installation may be requested.

  • Misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation voids the warranty.
