By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will alert you to any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

**INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS**

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by UI Distribution, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

**PURCHASES, PAYMENTS & SHIPPING**

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

Prices are subject to change. We may correct any errors in pricing or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties or taxes.

**Shipping Policy**
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 business days for delivery, excluding weekends and holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via phone or email.

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or due to carrier service disruptions. Tracking information is provided for all orders. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

**RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY**

**Return Policy**
Thank you for purchasing from [www.uidistribution.com](http://www.uidistribution.com). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request **in-store credit** within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. No questions asked.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team for authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Returns are not accepted after 14 days. We recommend testing the product within the first two weeks of receipt.

**Warranty Policy**
Most products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Electronics must be installed by a licensed professional for warranty eligibility. Proof of professional installation may be required. Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

Certain claims like IP violations and injunctive relief may proceed in court.
